This app offers on-demand, guided workouts designed by various professionals within the GTK Studio community. Users can significantly transform their basketball training experience.

 <li>Subscribe to GTK NOW: A subscription provides unlimited access to all public training channels and their extensive libraries of workouts, starting at $19.99/month. A free trial is available, with the option to cancel at any time.</li>
 <li>Preload Workouts: Download workouts for offline access, reducing data usage while preventing buffering issues. Ideal equipment includes an iPhone or iPad paired with wireless earbuds. New workouts are released monthly, with session lengths ranging from 15 to 120 minutes. Custom workout requests can also be made through participating channels.</li>
